The Sunderland A.F.C. Wiki Ambition Program is a program designed on the Wiki to set up realistic ambitions and targets for the site to coordinate with its growth and to encourage more editing on the site by its users.

The Ambition team must carefully monitor the progress of growth and the standard of articles on the Wiki. If they feel things are not running well then using the [[Talk:Sunderland A.F.C. Wiki:Ambition Program|talkpage]] they should report the concerns immediately so they can be addressed to by senior users. Though they should also use this page to announce and dicuss when they feel a target has been reached by the community. Should a user work extremely hard towards helping the wiki achieve their aims, then rewards can be considered.

Ambitions set for the end of 2009 by BravemackemEdit

• A total of 500 mainspace articles to be established on the wiki at the least.
• A total of 50 articles of a Good article standard to be worked on at the least
• A total of 12 articles of a Featured Article status to be worked on so a featured article can be used for each month of 2010
• Every competitive Sunderland from now on game should have it's own match report.
