Terry Butcher born (28 December 1958 in Singapore) is a former sunderland player and manager who was previously an England International footballer. Managing sunderland for a just under a year. He did fairly well as a player at sunderland, however he failed to make an impact as the club manager and sucked sunderland into a relegation battle in the 1992/1993 season, even though he lead the club to survival, he ended up sacked early into the 1993/1994 season as things failed to improve.
